研究人员成功地培育出了第一例转基因灵长类动物,根据今天发表在《科学》杂志上的一份报告。这只名为 ANDi(意为倒过来的插入 DNA)的幼年恒河猴出生于 10 月初,携带有一个额外的基因,这个基因是在受精前植入其母亲的卵子中的。这种工程技术最终可能为改进人类疾病的基因疗法指明方向。
