如果您要住院,您可能需要将手机留在家中。根据发表在1月份的《梅奥诊所学报》上的一项研究结果,手机会干扰心脏和肺部外部监测设备的运行。在大多数情况下,干扰“在临床上并不重要”——也就是说,它没有妨碍数据的解释或导致设备故障。但是研究人员确实在测试的17个心肺监测设备中的41%中检测到了干扰,在526项测试中,7.4%被认为在临床上很重要。

当手机靠近监测设备最敏感的部位一到两英寸时,干扰最为严重。在一个令人震惊的案例中,手机靠近机械呼吸机背面的通信端口两英寸导致呼吸机关闭并重启。该团队还在监视器上显示的心电图轨迹中观察到与手机相关的干扰。研究人员表示,在手机和监测设备之间保持约60英寸的距离可能足以避免设备故障。
